A morning at Storm
- 9:00Arrive with wetsuit on
- Warm-up, technique and planning on the sand, split by level.
- Into the ocean, always with their instructor.
- Activity of the day: skate, yoga, beach games or a talk.

The ocean, every day
The ocean is the activity every day. After surfing, there’s a different activity each day.
Surfing in the ocean
Every day, in groups by level and always with their instructor.
Skate and surfskate
Technique, stance and movement, guided by MAP Técnica.
Yoga and meditation
Stretching, balance, breathing and calm.
Beach games
Sports games to get stronger while having fun.
Surf psychology
Talks about frustration, safety, respect and nature.
Video analysis
We film the sessions to correct technique.
A group for every level
Kids
For the little ones, in their first contact with the ocean.
Beginner
Swims well and is just starting to surf.
Progress
Already surfs, but is still learning the basics.
Intermediate
Already gets out past the break.
Advanced
Surfs with ease and a good level.
Competitive
More experienced, focused on high performance and competitions.
